Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING:

• All orders have a processing time of 4-7 days and are then shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

• Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hrs for tracking information to be updated.

LOST OR DAMAGED:

• Three Birds Candle Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS office.

• If your package arrives with broken items, you can submit a replacement claim via email at hello@threebirdscandlestudio.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
